Our office is open by appointment only. However, generally, our office is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for appointments. Medicaid Waiver Supports (which require us to be out of the office) are generally provided on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Someone is available by phone regardless of office hours. Call today. Our office does close for national holidays. Those may include but may not be limited to the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (Two Days), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
