Southeast Kentucky Behavioral Health, LLC founded in October 2013 in London Kentucky after our founder John Collier completed a Community Needs Assessments and determined a need for additional counseling supports in the community. Over the years, the practice has had many changes. Services included Outpatient Counseling, Telehealth, Case management, Substance Abuse assessments, Consultations, Clinical and Professional Licensure Supervision, Internships for College Students, Parenting Classes, Medicaid Waiver Supports to include Positive Behavior Supports, Person-Centered Coaching and Community Access Supports.
