Our Mission: Southeast Kentucky Behavioral Health exists to support individuals and families in building stable, meaningful lives through compassionate, person-centered behavioral health services. We believe everyone deserves access to care that respects their dignity, honors their strengths, and supports their ability to live and thrive within their community.

We provide a range of services, including outpatient behavioral health treatment, targeted case management, community access supports, person-centered coaching, and waiver services for individuals with mental health needs and intellectual or developmental disabilities. Our work focuses on helping people gain skills, access resources, and overcome barriers that affect daily living, independence, and overall quality of life.
