Welcome Kelly Jo White-Falkowski to Southeast Kentucky Behavioral Health
Southeast Kentucky Behavioral Health is proud to welcome Kelly Jo White-Falkowski to our team in her new role as a Targeted Case Manager. Kelly Jo brings a compassionate heart, a strong commitment to helping others, and a passion for supporting individuals and families as they work toward greater stability, independence, and well-being.
In her role as a Targeted Case Manager, Kelly Jo will work closely with individuals to help connect them with needed resources, coordinate services, and provide support in navigating important areas of daily life. Her dedication to person-centered care and advocacy reflects the mission and values of Southeast Kentucky Behavioral Health.
