
Kristin Henson is a dedicated Targeted Case Manager with more than five years of experience serving individuals and families throughout Southeast Kentucky. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Psychology and Substance Abuse Counseling from Union College and received a Chemical Dependency Certificate. During her studies, Kristin was recognized with the Excellence in Psychology and Research Award.
Throughout her career, Kristin has provided case management services to adults with mental health and substance use disorders, children with developmental disabilities, and individuals working toward recovery and long-term stability. She has extensive experience coordinating community resources, developing individualized service plans, navigating healthcare and social service systems, and advocating for clients’ unique needs. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, person-centered care and focuses on empowering individuals to overcome barriers and achieve greater independence.
Kristin is passionate about building meaningful relationships with the individuals she serves and helping them access the support, resources, and opportunities needed to improve their overall quality of life. She believes every person deserves compassionate guidance, encouragement, and access to services that promote lasting well-being and success.
