Hi, I’m Tabitha Bargo, and I am a Targeted Case Manager who is passionate about helping individuals and families access the resources and support they need to live their best lives.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and my Master’s Degree in Teacher Leadership from Union Commonwealth University, formerly known as Union College. Before transitioning into case management, I spent eight years as an elementary school teacher. During that time, I developed a deep understanding of the challenges children and families face and learned the importance of advocacy, collaboration, and individualized support.
My background in education has provided me with valuable experience working alongside schools and families, including participating in IEP meetings and helping parents navigate educational services and supports. In October, I made the transition into case management, where I have continued my passion for helping others by connecting families with community resources, coordinating services, and assisting with both behavioral health and basic living needs.
I especially enjoy working with children and families, but I find fulfillment in helping people of all ages overcome barriers and access the support they need. Whether it’s locating resources, coordinating services, advocating for clients, or helping meet physical needs, I am committed to making the process easier and ensuring every individual feels supported along the way.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have been married to my wonderful husband for six years, and together we have the sweetest almost three-year-old son who keeps us busy and brings so much joy to our lives.
I believe that everyone deserves access to the resources and support they need to thrive, and I am honored to be able to walk alongside individuals and families as they work toward their goals.
