The Supports for Community Living (SCL) Division of Southeast Kentucky Behavioral Health, LLC is committed to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, self-directed lives within their communities. Through a person-centered and strengths-based approach, our team provides a comprehensive range of waiver services, including consultative and clinical supports, Functional Assessments, Positive Behavior Support services, Person-Centered Coaching, and Community Access services under the Supports for Community Living (SCL) and Michelle P. Waiver programs. We are also excited to expand our services to support individuals and families through Kentucky’s new Child Waiver program, further increasing access to high-quality, individualized care throughout our communities.
At SEKYBH, we believe that every person deserves opportunities for growth, independence, inclusion, and success. Achieving these outcomes requires a collaborative effort between the individuals we serve, their families, caregivers, support teams, and our dedicated staff. No one role is more important than another. Whether conducting assessments, developing behavior support plans, providing direct community support, coordinating services, or offering clinical guidance, every team member contributes to the success and well-being of those we serve. Together, we work as one team with one mission: helping individuals build fulfilling lives, strengthen meaningful relationships, and achieve their personal goals within their homes and communities.
