One tactic that has become increasingly recognized and discussed is “love bombing.” This seemingly harmless form of intense affection can lead to harmful consequences for the individual on the receiving end. Let’s explore what love bombing is, the signs to watch for, and how to avoid falling into its trap.

What is Love Bombing?

Love bombing is a manipulation tactic where an individual overwhelms someone with excessive attention, compliments, and gifts to gain control over them.
